CLAY STOCKS
Stocks are built in the yard adjacent to the factory, in successive discharges of supplied clays. Clay stocks usually have enough volume to supply the factory between 6 to 24 months. With its own area for raw material extraction, Top Telha, maintaining its current annual production capacity, has enough raw material for extraction over the next 60 years.
Mediterranean clay roof tiles are easy to maintain and should be cleaned periodically.
As we carry out the maintenance of other elements in our residence, the roof is also a necessary area.
It is important to take the following recommendations:It can be performed with a high pressure washer, positioning the jet fan, in the direction of the water drop and / or with a simple nozzle.
Use a broom or soft bristle brush
Rinse the tiles with plenty of water, removing any trace of detergent
Do not use solvents, acidic or abrasive products
Use clean water only

TOPTELHA® clay roof tiles have high mechanical resistance and, once assembled according to the manual, they can easily withstand the load of a person for possible inspections.
However, some precautions must be taken for locomotion on the clay roof tiles.
The installer must move on boards, which allow a better distribution of the loads, avoiding breakage of the clay roof tiles. It is always recommended to wear non-slip shoes.
